Parking by too many non-residents can restrict resident access to on-street parking, increase air and noise pollution, and create unsafe traffic conditions. The program is not designed to resolve on-street parking issues created by adjacent or neighboring residential properties. The RPP program is governed by Executive Regulation 13-23<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>",
